What to Wear Wednesday - Kari Smith Photography, Indiana Child and Senior Photographer

This weeks WTWW is brought to you by the gals over at Inspire Me Baby. First up we have ideas for sibling session for winter:

And ideas for senior girls:

I was at my local home improvement store the other day and I was inspired by their paint swatch "go-togethers." The colors were amazing together - and who would have ever thought that some colors would go together? Next time you happen to be at the paint store or improvement store, go check out their swatches, you never know how you may be inspired to put together an outfit for your self or your family.

Abbie - Senior Slide Show- Kari Smith Photography - Columbus, Indiana Senior Photographer

I had the opportunity to photograph Miss Abbie a couple weeks ago. Abbie is a beautiful young lady and talented athlete. Abbie runs cross country and her team is nationally ranked - quite and accomplishment. She has a state championship ring that we showcased.

We decided on a mixed shoot, urban and natural and downtown Columbus, Indiana is the perfect place to find both.  So much fun discovering new locations and hidden gems tucked away in downtown areas. Can't wait till my next session in Columbus!

Did you know that Piperlime.com has a Style It Your Way feature? No- well go check it out. You can put together head-to-toe looks and shop right from there.

Gap also seems to have great outfits put together and if you are looking to coordinate but not match, why not use the same clothing line? The colors will complement each other and you will look like rock stars! :)

The Z Family - Kari Smith Photography - Columbus, Indiana Family Photographer

The Z family came to Columbus downtown to meet me for a cool urban session. This session was so fun for everyone. Rachel is expecting her first little girl so a few baby bump shots were in order. We ventured around downtown Columbus a bit then went on a search for a little green - which is no small feat in the dry weather we have been having around here. We finally found a gorgeous little courtyard and a nice open green space for a great natural family portrait.

The S Family - Kari Smith Photography - Columbus, Indiana Family Photographer

I had the opportunity to photograph this adorable family at the family farm in southern Bartholomew County. This family has the cutest little boys and boy do they love their grandad's tractor! The awe once the tractor arrived was great!

Thanks again S Family!!!

My Baby....... Kari Smith Photography - Childrens Photographer - South Central Indiana

I was playing around the other day to get a few images to show my work flow to a fellow photographer. Usually, as most photographers know, shoots with your own children don't always yield the best of images. I got pretty lucky this time around. :)

My baby wanted her Cinderella Barbie to be in the shoot with her. This image completely captures her in this stage of her life. She is enamored with all things Cinderella, I love the way she is cradling the doll against her.
I had this image printed on my new product offering, the lariat style necklace, because I love it so much!

I will be back later with those Storyboards I promised to show you.

Kayla Seymour High School Senior - Kari Smith Photography (Freetown & Seymour, Indiana Senior Photographer)

I met the beautiful Kayla last week for her senior pictures in downtown Seymour, Indiana. We found a pretty cool old Mercury and some gorgeous colors on buildings for backdrops.

Still have plenty of openings in August for Senior Pictures. Beat the fall rush and schedule now! Be one of the first in your class to show off your pictures done by Kari Smith Photography!

Miss K - Brownstown Senior 2011 (Kari Smith Photography - Freetown Brownstown, Indiana Senior Photographer)

I had the pleasure of photographing the beautiful Miss K a couple weeks ago. Thought I might share her video slide show.

I have several session openings available in August, beat the fall rush and have your senior pictures back before everyone else!

I Heart Faces Week 20 - Flowers and Faces (Kari Smith Photography - Freetown, Seymour, North Vernon, Indiana Senior Photographer)

This is Miss L one of my High School Senior Model Reps for 2011. As soon as I turned this image Black and White, it spoke to me. The color version is beautiful too but the B&W is just stunning.

Head on over to http://www.iheartfaces.blogspot.com/ to see all the entries for the week.
